Jagger must have thought “what happens when the most terrifying men alive became dads?” when he dreamt up this series. Let me tell you, I ate up every second of it. The family dynamics are what truly make it special. Underneath all the danger, obsession, and chaos is this deep sense of loyalty and belonging that makes every relationship hit harder.

Daddy Ares and Daddy Nero? Oh my GOD. Watching these men, who were already completely unhinged over their women, turn that same energy toward their children somehow made them even hotter. And Daddy Ares with Achilles? Absolutely everything to me.

Ares and Neve were always my favorites, but I think Achilles may have officially stolen the throne. Adrik is going to be an absolute menace in the best possible way. Lochlan already has so much of his father in him, and Kirill? Yeah… that one is definitely his father’s son. You can already see the next generation forming and I am SO invested in where this series could go next.

But Achilles and Yelena... They own a part of my soul at this point. And the spice? WOW. The chemistry, the tension, the possessiveness… all of it was next level. Yelena is strong in her own ways that makes her pretty awesome, and she doesn't just crumble or go with it.

But the end of the book got me bad. I didn't see it coming and my heart fell for Achilles. The epilogue shares some things very vaguely but I have my thoughts. I don't know which way I want it to go first but it doesn't matter because I'm ready for it all. I received this as an ARC and am leaving this honest review voluntarily.

I don't make it far before she catches my eye.... my current fascination.
