Tainted Saints - Rosa Lee

Rosa has written several books I’ve really enjoyed, so I knew that no matter which one I picked up, I’d probably love it. And I was absolutely right. I love when a man, or men, in this case, meet a woman and that’s it for them. No hesitation, no drawn-out resistance. Watching the MMCs bend the knee almost instantly, without the FMC even realizing the effect she has on them, was such a sweet kind of innocence.
Aspen has been controlled and corrected her entire life. She’s lived with a purpose assigned by her parents, groomed to fit their expectations instead of discovering who she truly is. Meeting her Saints changes everything. Through them, she starts to see that not everything, and not everyone, is evil. The way her parents treat her is heartbreaking, which made the moments she shared with the boys even more meaningful. Everyone deserves love, safety, and kindness, and Aspen had been denied all of that for far too long.
Blaine, Forest, and Landon are exactly what she needs. Blaine’s instinct to protect her is immediate and unwavering. His feelings for Aspen don’t take away from his bond with the other boys, they strengthen him instead. Forest, with his southern charm, completely won me over, and the dynamic between all three men felt natural and balanced.
At its core, this story is about someone who has everything and nothing at the same time, and how meeting the right people can finally give her what she’s always been missing. While the ending felt a little lackluster and could have been stronger, it doesn’t take away from how beautiful this love story is overall.
I will set this entire world on fire if it means we can keep you.
