It’s clear that Mila has lived both a good and a sheltered life — privileged in many ways, but also lonely without her father around. Her decision to go to Russia to learn about her past completely makes sense, even though she knows her father and bodyguard would never approve.

Once there, she meets Ronan, who quickly realizes who she really is. After some intense turns of fate, she ends up as his “guest” — though that’s putting it lightly. The longer she’s with him, the more his icy control starts to crack. You can see him falling for her through the smallest gestures, and it’s impossible not to notice.

There are a few moments from Ronan that live rent-free in my mind — ones I won’t spoil, but they’re unforgettable. His growing obsession and protectiveness over Mila build into something dark, passionate, and completely addictive. And those final events? I turned each page faster than the next.

The cameos from Gianna and Christian were such a treat. I loved Gianna even more here than in the earlier books, and Christian continues to be the perfect mix of charm and chaos. Mila’s free-spirited warmth shines throughout the story, and she balances Ronan’s cold, calculated nature perfectly.

But Ronan… oh, Ronan. I’ve loved the men of the Made Series, but there’s something about him that holds a special place in my heart.

I can’t imagine a world where you and all your ***** yellow doesn’t exist. So if you die, you’ll take me with you.
